This course is to introduce health workers to the features and functions of PACK Child 2023 Western Cape. It is aimed at IMCI trained nurses, clinical nurse practitioners and doctors.

About the course

Eligibility for this course: 

The following healthcare workers in the Western Cape:

  • IMCI trained nurses
  • Clinical nurse practitioners
  • Doctors


Duration: 

  • It will take 6 hours to complete.
  • Access to course for 3 months from enrolment.

Cost: 
R 850 per participant
 

Course Design:
Self-directed, interactive online learning with video presentations, 3 case scenarios and 3 activities.

Certification:
Participants need 70% pass mark for final quiz.

  • Manage latent TB infection with correct TPT regimen
